Does this application track road or railway logistics?
No. The Port Network App is deliberately restricted to water-transportation and river logistics. Land-based infrastructure, truck queues, and gate access automation are handled by our separate Access Automation App.
How do downstream terminal operators gain access to this river data?
Through native integration. The valid berths, companies, and shipment data established within the Port Network App automatically feed into the Yard App used by individual Port Operators, removing data silos entirely.
What should I do if a specific port is not visible in the system directory?
If a port is not displayed in our directory, it indicates that the location is not yet integrated into our active digital network. We are continuously expanding our digital corridor across the Danube. You may check back for updates, or add the specific port to your Watch List to receive an automatic notification the moment its digital infrastructure goes live.
Why is a Port Operator missing from the active selection list?
A missing Port Operator (PO) typically stems from one of three administrative scenarios: (1) the operator’s registered entity name was entered incorrectly, (2) the operator does not currently hold a valid operating license within that port, or (3) the Port Authority has not yet updated their master directory list. To resolve this discrepancy, you can open a support ticket directly within the platform. Our team will coordinate with the relevant authority to verify and update the record promptly.
What are the licensing fees for utilizing the Port Network App?
The Port Network App is free to use, subject to the acceptance of our General Terms and Conditions. These terms establish a mutual operational commitment, specifically outlining the Port Authority’s obligation to maintain accurate, up-to-date master data—such as physical berths and active operator registries—to ensure the functional integrity of downstream port automation systems.
